Please follow these steps to ship your Cordless Paslode Tool back to us:
- Print the UPS label and this claim receipt (including packing instructions) to include with your shipment. If you cannot print documents from your location, please call Customer Service Monday - Friday, 8:00AM-4:00PM CST at (800) 222-6990.
- Pack and drop off your Cordless Paslode Tool based on the packing instructions provided.

Self Packing
- Provide at least one strip of fasteners if the nailer is having a nail-related problem.
- Include the battery and charger.
- REMOVE the fuel cell — DO NOT ship fuel cell.
- Place nailer inside original case with battery and charger.
- Place copy of this receipt in your nailer case.
- Pack case securely in cardboard shipping box.
- Securely attach shipping label to the outside of the box.
- Drop box off at any UPS drop off location (go to UPS.com for nearest location).
- Department of transportation rules and regulations require the below label to be affixed to the outside of the box and clearly visible.
- Cut along dotted line.
- Affix label using clear tape to the outside of the box.
- Note: Paslode provides the above shipping instructions as a convenience to the user. User must read and understand the requirements at Title 49 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 173 Section 185 (c) for shipping smaller lithium ion batteries.
